This vase is a customer favourite, but I should warn you: if you do buy one, you’ll likely end up getting more… as it will become your go-to special occasion gift for all the people that have complimented it in your home. Current highest purchaser is at number 5. No really, i’m not kidding!

The original model was made with a one gallon ziplop bag, and I filled it with plaster, which starts as liquid and turns solid over 10 minutes.. So I filled up a ziplock with plaster, and held it all fat and wrinkly on the counter until it held its own shape - and made a mold of that form. However porcelain shrinks 20% so once this is finished shrinking it doesn’t “read” gimmicky ziplock bag, it is just a familiar shape.
